Ryan W. Sansom joined ITAC in 2010 and is now serving as the International Trade Advisor. Mr. Sansom has 14 years combined experience in international trade and logistics, to include Export Agent for a Fortune 500 Freight Forwarding Agency, Inventory Control Manager for a local large Furniture Retailer, and International Logistics Manager for a local non-ferrous metals recycler. During his tenure in international trade, Mr. Sansom has held focus in both importation and exportation to Asia, and also has extensive experience with transportation of hazardous materials to Latin America.

Mr. Sansom separated from the U.S. Marine Corps in 2004, after 8 years of honorable service. While on active duty, Mr. Sansom received the Navy Commendation Medal for superior service and innovative performance while deployed in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. During his tenure as an Aviation Logistician/Analyst in the Marines, Mr. Sansom was also twice awarded the Navy Achievement Medal for excellent execution in his duties.

Mr. Sansom learned the core values of honor, courage and commitment during his service to the United States, and has implemented these values in all facets throughout his career. Mr. Sansom is also a lifelong Northeast Ohio resident and has a large network of family and friends residing in the region.
